Shipping
1. We only ship within the United States of America and
Canada.
2. Most orders ship within 24 hours. When your web order
designates priority mail as the shipping method, you will see the phrase "2-3
days". This means that the United States Postal Service usually delivers
priority mail within 2-3 days of its being shipped.
3. Our shopping cart software will print a shipping
charge on your order form at the time you give us an order. You agree that we
can bill your credit card for the actual cost to ship your goods, which amount
may be slightly more or slightly less than the amount on your order form.
Our shopping cart software permits purchaser's in Canada to elect FedEx Ground
as their shipping method, even though this method cannot be used for shipments
from the USA to Canada. We will substitute United States Postal Service
Priority Mail International.
4. It is our policy to ship most orders under 3 pounds by
United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This provides the customer with
the least expensive shipping cost. This permits us to ship to a post office
box, if you so desire.
5. If your order equals or exceeds 3 pounds after it is
packed, we will probably elect to ship it via Federal Express to keep the cost
down, unless you have chosen to have it shipped to a post office box.
6. We may include a handling charge (maximum is $2.50).
The handling charge covers our cost to bill your order, to insure it and to
confirm its delivery. You agree that we can bill a handling charge, if the
amount is greater than the amount on your order form.
7. You bear the responsibility for the correctness of the
shipping address that you provide. If we send the package to that exact
address, and it is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you by
email to advise you that we have received the package back. You agree that we
may charge your credit card for the additional shipping, handling ($5.00) and
insurance to send the package to a better address that you may provide. If
you fail to provide a better address, we will restock the product and issue
you a refund of the price of the merchandise, only, less a restocking fee of
$20% or $5.00, whichever is greater. You agree to bear all incidental and
consequential costs of providing us with incorrect addresses for shipping or
for billing.
