Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
If you do not have a credit card, we will accept a United States Post Office
Money Order, and you shipment will not be delayed. We will not accept any
other kind of money order. We will accept a check, but you must wait 10 days
after the check is deposited for it to clear before we can ship your order.
If you are a hospital, medical clinic, medical supply
company, or a unit of government, simply FAX a purchase order to (520)
750-1442. Credit references would be helpful. Our address is V. P. Gabriel,
Inc. 335 N. Wilmot, Suite 410, Tucson, Arizona 85711. This allows you to
bypass the use of a credit card through our shopping cart. Payment terms are
Net 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 days, we will assess a
finance charge of 1.5% per month from the date payment became overdue.
We use a system called preCharge to verify the authenticity
of your credit card. It is a very effective means of eliminating credit card
fraud. If the system declines to process your credit card, it is not
necessarily because you have bad credit or because you have a high balance on
your card. preCharge will decline customers who have a history of
inappropriate chargeback activity. It will also decline customer's that
utilize suspicious email providers and suspect internet domains.
We maintain shipping records and we obtain delivery
confirmation on each order we ship.
Our shopping cart software automatically includes a handling
charge on your order form. The handling charge covers packaging, our cost to
bill your order, to insure it and to confirm its delivery. You agree that we
can bill your credit card for the actual cost of those items as a handling
charge, if the amount is greater than the amount on your order form. The cost
of these items is typically nominal to you.
